Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding AUS public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Delivery time is 4-7 days. We deliver item via Australia Post and Fastway.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events. Delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card. Shipping may take 4 to 7 working days . If you need your item urgently please choose express shipping. You can  also pickup item from our warehouse.

After placing order, We send order details to your email and we wait for payment confirmation and dispatch item within 24hrs. We notify via email if order is in pending or completed. We deliver item via Australia post or fastway, They pickup your item from our warehouse and deliver to your given address within 4-7 days.

You will receive an email, together with a Order number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a link to your live order page with details about your order delivery timelines.

When your item(s) is dispatched from our Distribution Centre, a confirmation email will be sent to let you know your courier and tracking number has been updated.

Yes, we can easily edit delivery address details as long as your item has not been dispatched.

We do not currently offer assembly services for our products.

The delivery driver cannot wait for you to unpack the items or take the packaging away. Please note that for any returns, the products need to be wrapped in the original packaging (or something similar). Therefore we strongly recommend keeping the packaging until you have checked your order thoroughly and you are happy with everything.

If you want to return an item or need a replacement for a change of mind, because of a product fault, damage in transit, wrong delivery or other reasons – please fill in our contact form and give us as much information as possible so we can process your request quickly.

An order can have 3 statuses:

1) In progress means that your product can be in 1 of 2 stages:

  • planning and crafting
  • delivery to your home

2) Completed – Your order will only be marked as completed when all items on your order were dispatched.
3) Cancelled – This is only used for entirely canceled orders, which means there are no items left in the order.


The full order value must be paid at check-out. Orders will only be processed once the full payment has been made.

We accept all major credit card, PayPal,Visa,Master Card,American Express,Discover. You can make payment via PayPal, Bank, Credit Card or You can also pickup item from our warehouse and pay cash on pickup.

We are sorry to hear that you may have received a damaged or faulty product. We strive to deliver the best product quality possible. We will be more than happy to send a replacement or supply missing parts as soon as possible.

First, it is important to keep the original packaging and submit a return request here.

In the return request, we will need to know what exactly is wrong in detail. In your description, ideally, refer to the parts mentioned in the assembly guide. If an item is damaged, please attach images of the damage or the issue(s) in question to assist with a prompt resolution. If applicable, we also need photos of the packaging together with your request. The more specific your request is, the faster we can solve your problem.
